Maimonides Leaders Fellowship was originally founded in 1999, at the University of Michigan and now includes over twenty campuses both in the US and Canada.
The fellowship term lasts 10 weeks, during which students attend a weekly 2.5 hour seminar, covering diverse leadership topics, general understanding of the Torah and practical applications of leadership in society.
During the fellowship term, several off-campus opportunities are provided to participate in field trips and community visits.
Several Jewish leaders from various fields will be available to the students throughout the term to act as mentors and career advisors.
This is a phenomenal program, enabling the participant to not only gain a new perspective of the world but of their own life and self, while at the same time becoming more familiar with their roots.
A cash stipend is paid upon program completion.
